**At this time online booking is only open to EXISTING patients. If you are a NEW patient please call or text 

(805) 910-8144 or leave a message under the "Contact Us" tab in order to book an appointment. 

Once an appointment is booked, you will receive an email with a confirmation. This email will prompt you in completing the New Patient Forms. Please complete these forms before your scheduled appointment. You will receive an email and text confirmation along with one text reminder two hours prior to your visit. You are able to cancel or reschedule up to two hours before your scheduled appointment (under "manage my appointment"). If you have any difficulties, please give me a call at (805) 910-8144.
